Anaheim Canyon Boeing Campus Redevelopment

Anaheim Canyon Boeing Campus Redevelopment is a plan to create a new urban office park on the Boeing Campus closing in Anaheim Canyon, the largest industrial and business park district in Orange County. The campus plan preserved several large warehouse buildings while infilling with new office buildings, small and large format industrial buildings to create an urban street grid lined and activated by land use. With the district lacking retail services for this employment area, retail and restaurants were concentrated along La Palma Avenue, the main street connecting east/west through the district.

New parks and open spaces were added to the development as a beautifying element and to create amenity space within the campus. Existing surface that were preserved are located internal to blocks with new campus parking facilities offered through parking structures to accommodate displaced parking created by new infill development.
