Channel Islands Harbor - Peninsula Point

Peninsula Point is a mixed use master plan for a resort village at the end of a peninsula in the Channel Island Harbor. The plan replaced the Casa Sirena Hotel, which was deteriorating, with a new waterfront hotel and condominiums that maximized views out into the harbor and the Channel Islands off the coast. Internal views face onto a new central plaza, activated with retail, restaurants and hotel drop-off area, serving as the new grand arrival at the tip of the peninsula along an enhanced Peninsula Road.

As a gateway to the Channel Islands, the new village development preserved view corridors as well as better integrated the existing Peninsula Park, marina, and Peninsula Yacht Club into the new development project. The existing Peninsula Park is enhanced with a bandstand and amphitheater to expand programming capabilities. The park connects to a new boardwalk that wraps the entire Peninsula Point providing public access to the waterfront for guests, residents and visitors alike.
